Cohorts
2025-26 Inquiry Cohort
Indu’s work with schools has affirmed her belief that inquiry is a form of leadership that empowers others, builds trust, and generates local knowledge that powerfully informs change. The Inquiry Cohort provides a space for leaders to pursue their inquiries in community: conducting research within their own schools but coming together to reflect on learnings, test assumptions, and deepen understanding of the inquiry process.
What to Expect
You and your cohort will learn about inquiry as a model of school change that positions school leaders and teachers as researchers within their own schools. Together, you will engage in a facilitated process of question development, data collection, reflection and implementation, grounded in the specific culture and conditions of your school. You will also consider how and why you might cultivate a shared practice of inquiry within your own school community. Above all, you’ll connect meaningfully with a diverse, thoughtful group of school leaders — and experience a kind of learning that is relevant, authentic, energizing.
Time and Participation
You will attend seven, 75-minute, virtual cohort meetings throughout the 25-26 academic year and up to four 1-hour individual coaching sessions with Indu Singh. Cohort size will cap at 9 participants, allowing Indu to schedule sessions based on participant availability. Because each member engages meaningfully with the inquiries of others, full participation in cohort sessions is essential to the experience. If this feels like the right program for you, please express your interest using the form below by June 20, 2025. I look forward to connecting!
